Where work involves advertising or publishing platforms operated by third parties, those platforms' own terms, policies, and approval decisions apply. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or decisions.

The RASID name, this website, and its contents are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without consent. Ownership of materials produced for a client is dealt with in the relevant engagement agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. The site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
